I am a Civil Engineering professional with a master’s degree by research in Geotechnical Engineering. I am currently pursuing a PhD at the University of Southern Queensland, focusing on the “Impact Behaviour of GFRP Composite Piles for Aid-to-Navigation Structures.” My research investigates the structural response, failure mechanisms, and energy absorption characteristics of Glass Fibre Reinforced Polymer (GFRP) composite piles subjected to various impact scenarios. This work aims to enhance the understanding and design of resilient, durable, and sustainable composite solutions for marine and coastal infrastructure, particularly in environments exposed to vessel collisions and harsh loading conditions.
