Assoc. Prof. Ir. Dr. Norazwina Binti Zainol is a respected academic at the Faculty of Chemical and Process Engineering Technology, Universiti Malaysia Pahang AlSultan Abdullah (UMPSA). She holds a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from the National University of Malaysia and has over 25 years of experience in environmental biotechnology, waste treatment, and process optimization. A Professional Engineer with a Practising Certificate and member of the Institution of Engineers Malaysia, she has published over 90 works in high-impact journals and conferences. Dr. Norazwina has led numerous national and industrial projects focused on waste-to-energy and sustainable waste management. Her collaborations with companies like Petronas and Mercu Resolution Sdn Bhd have advanced wastewater treatment and the development of value-added products from waste. Recognized with multiple awards, including the UMPSA Gold Award, her work bridges academic research and industrial application, contributing significantly to environmental sustainability and practical engineering solutions.
